With the ban on flavored vape pods about to go into effect at the end of the month, now is the time to stock up as our inventory at Overland Park Vape Shop is getting depleted quickly.

As the sale of all flavored pods will cease on February 1st, 2020, we are still waiting on clarification directly from the FDA on whether or not disposable flavored pods will be part of the ban and so far it looks like they won’t (fingers crossed). However we would urge our customers to stock up while they still can as we likely will not be ordering any more for the foreseeable future until we know for sure that they we will still be able to sell them. As of today, we still have plenty of flavored pods in stock including JUUL compatible pods but in recent days we’ve been seeing some of our customers buying much more than usual to stock up before the ban goes into effect. We’ll do everything that we can to make sure that we have a well stocked inventory of flavored vape pods but as previously stated, we won’t be ordering any more so what we have is what we have. We’ve stated before that we certainly don’t agree with the reasoning and rationale behind the FDA’s ban on flavored vape pods but will certainly comply with it as we believe that many pods will likely return to the market at some point in the future. We will certainly provide any updates that we hear as we hear them and we are always happy to answer any questions you have about the ban. In the meantime, Overland Park Vape Shop will be open as usual from 9 am to 9 pm 7 days a week and located at 151st and Hardy just 2 lights west of 69 Highway.
